We are not responsible if you return the items to our address without our confirmation between you and us that your items could be returned to get a refund. We are not responsible if you return the item to an address that is not the returning warehouse that we provided.
We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for some reasons: Not exactly what you ordered, missing item(s), wrong printed objects, wrong color, and size caused by our mistakes. You need to provide photos or a video that shows the mistakes. Specifically about the size, please help us measure the size at length, bust, sleeve, and shoulder. The top(s) should be laid flat on the ground (preferably a hard surface such as on the floor) and the fabric should be smooth out so that there are no wrinkles underneath or on top and give us the photos of the measurements. We will use this information to solve the issue, as well as eliminate errors in future printing.
We DO NOT accept returns and refunds if you just do not like the item when you receive it. All the item details have been clarified on our website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our policy will not apply in the case of any force majeure event.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistakes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and payment gate fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. REFUNDS/ REPLACEMENT
In case you haven't found your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance as soon as possible. We will not issue a refund/ replacement if it says delivered.
Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s). In case your shipping address is incomplete/ incorrect and the parcel is kept at the Post Office, please contact your local Post Office to complete the address and request them to deliver your parcel. To prevent this issue, within 12 hours after placing an order, you should contact us as soon as possible to correct or complete your shipping address.
We also will not process a refund/ replacement requirement in cases you refuse to receive the items or refuse to provide the information we require such as images (or a video) of the product with the mistake, measurements, etc.
If an order arrives with a missing item, please send us an email that includes a couple of photos demonstrating the received items (front, back, and packaging) and a shipping label. In this case, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ replacement requirement. We only process the refunds/ replacement when we receive the returned items. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
After your order has been placed, in case you want to cancel your order to get a refund, please contact our Support Center and make the payment of processing fee (producing, payment gate fee, workpiece product) as below:
- Cancel in 1 hour since your order had been placed: Fee is 4$US/item.
- Cancel after 1 hour since your order had been placed: we cannot cancel your order since it is fulfilled in our system.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please contact our customer support to confirm your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation requirement, your orders will be processed as normal.
